There were 14 blood donation camps held from 8th to 10th June. 10 camps were organised on 8th June alone. It was a milestone for us as we set a new record in the Indian Book of Records – the maximum number of blood donation camps in a single city, in a single day. Blood donation is that invaluable donation that can save lives – by donating 1 unit of blood, three lives can be saved. And blood donation reduces cholesterol and also reduces the chances of heart attack.
We donated 1500+ units to 3 different hospitals and blood banks in the city of Indore.
The Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agrawal Foundation, along with the NGO Manavta Ki Pehchan, jointly organised a blood donation camp at Chameli Devi Red Cross Blood Bank on 9th June 2024 in Indore. Over 500 blood donors enthusiastically participated and we collected 350+ units of blood. The camp was held in honour of the birthday of the foundation’s chairman, social worker, and industrialist, Shri Vinod Agrawal. The camp took place from 9am – 6pm. Donors including men, women, youth and community members participated safely with all precautionary protocols being followed by a medical team including doctors and blood transfusion specialists. On this auspicious occasion, special guests Mr.Vipin Joshi, Second-in-Command, Border Security Force, Mr. Vishnu Bindal-Social Worker, S.N. Goyal-Chartered Accountant, Mr. Ganesh Goyal, Mr. Arvind Bagdi, Mr. Kulbhushan Mittal, Mr. Rajesh Bansal, Mr. Nand Kishore Kandoi, along with many representatives from various social organisations and communities, were present. “This blood donation camp will undoubtedly provide life-saving support to many in need. I extend my gratitude to all the donors and guests who attended”, said Shri. Vinod Kumar Agrawal, Chairman, Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agrawal Foundation.
On the occasion of International Yoga Day 2025, the Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agarwal Foundation, in collaboration with Chameli Devi Yoga Kendra, proudly hosted the grand Yog Mahotsav 2025 at Abhay Prashal, Indore. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of over 1,800 yoga practitioners from diverse walks of life — including members of the Armed Forces, sanitation workers, NGOs, specially-abled students and children, college students, and the wider community. The entire atmosphere was filled with an inspiring sense of peace, energy, and unity. Yoga, as highlighted by the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”, is not merely a physical discipline but a timeless science that aligns us with nature, humanity, and our own inner self — a crucial reminder of collective wellness in today’s interconnected world. The Foundation was honored by the gracious presence of Brahma Kumari Shreya Behan, whose spiritual guidance uplifted the gathering, as well as several respected political, administrative, and defense dignitaries whose support brought additional strength and encouragement to the event. This initiative reflects the Foundation’s continuous commitment to promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, and its vision of building a healthier, more harmonious society through impactful and inclusive programs.
On the occasion of the birthday of our beloved MD Shri Vinod Agarwal, who continually shows unfaltering compassion and is devoted to enhancing the welfare of our society, a Blood Donation Camp was ceremoniously organised under the auspices of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives on the 9th of June 2023. A number of noble and proud donors participated in this progression, to ensure that a safe and sufficient supply of blood is readily available for those in medical needs. With their contribution, this endeavour was heralded as a great success. Through the heartwarming initiative, the invaluable benefits of the blood donation camp will have a ripple effect in improving the lives of those impacted.
The Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agarwal Foundation has donated Physiotherapy and Dental Equipment to the Chameli Devi Agarwal Blood Bank and Diagnostic Centre in Indore. The inauguration of the facility was graced by the presence of Shri Tulsi Silawat Ji, the Minister of Water Resources for Madhya Pradesh, and Shri Vinod Agarwal Ji, Chairman of Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agarwal Foundation. This generous initiative by the Foundation will provide the people of Indore access to high-quality medical services at subsidized rates.
The Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agarwal Foundation, in association with Young Indians has undertaken an initiative to support the underprivileged and differently abled individuals in Indore. As part of this initiative, the organisations came together to donate prosthetic limbs to those in need. The initiative aims to provide support to those who have lost their limbs due to accidents, medical conditions, or other reasons. The prosthetic limbs will enable them to lead a more independent and self-sufficient life, allowing them to pursue their dreams and aspirations.
The Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agarwal Foundation held a three-day free health camp from 3rd to 5th March 2023 at the Chameli Devi Red Cross Blood Bank and Diagnostic Centre in Indore. Approximately 1,407 OPDs, 160 sonographies, 400+ X-rays and 800+ blood tests were done for free. Free medicines were provided to all patients who attended. The camp was inaugurated with a function where dignitaries like Shri Sankar Lalwani, Ex Congress MP, Dr. Ilayaraja T (IAS), Prem Ji Goyal, Tikam Ji Garg, Rajesh Bansal, Arvind Bagdi and other dignitaries of Indore were present. During the camp, senior members of the Agarwal Samaj visited the camp and praised the services and thanked Shri Vinod Agarwal for taking such a social step in healthcare for the people of Indore. The camp was observed by Dr. Ilayaraja T (IAS) District Collector and appreciated the initiative taken by Shri Vinod Agarwal. He further appreciated the efforts of all the volunteers who contributed their time to make the camp a success. The camp was able to provide medical services to many and was a great step towards making healthcare accessible to everyone.
The Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agarwal Foundation provided financial assistance to the Bone Marrow Transplant department of a multi-specialty Hospital in Indore. The fund will support people from marginalized sections who are unable to afford transplant services.
The Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agarwal Foundation donated a sonography machine to Geeta Bhawan Hospital in Indore. The sonography machine will provide an essential service to Geeta Bhawan Hospital, allowing it to provide quality healthcare to its patients and the local community. The machine, which is the latest in technology, will allow the hospital to provide scans in a fraction of the time it takes with more traditional methods. “We are proud to be able to give something back to the local community,” said Shri Vinod Agarwal, “Our Corporate Social Responsibility initiative is a priority for us, and this donation is just one of the ways we are working to improve healthcare services in our area.” We remain deeply committed to community welfare, and our support to Geeta Bhawan Hospital reflects our ongoing efforts to enhance healthcare access. This initiative is part of our broader mission to collaborate with local hospitals and healthcare providers to improve medical services and promote well-being across society.
The Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agarwal Foundation has donated an ambulance to the 34th Battalion of the Special Armed Forces (SAF) in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. This initiative aims to strengthen emergency medical response in Dhar and surrounding regions. The ambulance will be operated and maintained by the SAF Dhar battalion to provide timely healthcare support to those in need.
Mr. Vinod Agarwal, Chairman of the Foundation, expressed, “We are committed to contributing towards the health and safety of our communities, and it is our honour to support SAF Dhar in their service to the people.”
The ambulance was formally received by the Commandant of the 34th Battalion SAF, who extended gratitude on behalf of the battalion, stating, “We sincerely thank Mr. Agarwal and the Foundation for this generous contribution. The ambulance will significantly enhance our ability to serve the healthcare needs of the region.”
Distribution of food and health supplements during COVID crisis
We are pleased to share that a two-day free health camp was successfully organized at the Chameli Devi Agarwal Redcross Blood Bank & Diagnostic Centre on 13th and 14th September 2025.The camp witnessed an overwhelming response, with more than 2,500 beneficiaries availing free health check-ups, diagnostic services, and consultations from expert doctors. Specialized services were extended to people from underprivileged and marginalized communities, ensuring that quality healthcare reached those who need it most.This initiative reflects our continued commitment to accessible healthcare for all and strengthening community well-being through preventive and curative medical support.
Agrasen Seva organizes health camps for the needy people, where they receive free medical treatment from specialists including eye check-ups and cataract operations, as well as treatment for joint pain from orthopaedic specialists. In addition, free medicines are provided to all during the treatment in the camp, and free check-up camps are organized periodically in different areas of the city.
Sanstha Agrasen Sewa provides free Mediclaim policies and financial assistance to underprivileged members of society to purchase health insurance policies. Additionally, the Samaj educates members of the community about health insurance options and the benefits of having a health insurance policy. Over 10000 policies have been offered so far.
The Mega Free Health Check-up Camp organized under “Maa Chameli Devi Aarogya Seva” was successfully conducted with an overwhelming response from the community. More than 1,000 people from Hasalpur village and nearby areas visited the camp and availed various free healthcare services.
During the camp, 100 beneficiaries were provided with free spectacles, 200 people received general medicines, and 300 children were distributed oral hygiene kits to promote dental health awareness from an early age. 6 patients were identified for cataract surgery.The participants were also sensitized about Basic Life Support (BLS) through a live demonstration, highlighting the importance of timely action in emergency situations.
A special expert talk for women was conducted by Dr. Avinash Patwari, focusing on women’s health, maternal care, and preventive measures. Additionally, breast cancer awareness was promoted through the separate distribution of informative pamphlets to encourage early recognition and timely screening.
The camp played a vital role in enhancing health awareness, early diagnosis, and preventive care, leaving a meaningful impact on the rural community.
Shri Vinod Agarwal inaugurated three newly constructed multipurpose halls at the Deaf and Dumb School, Indore. The construction of the halls was necessary to accommodate the 600 students at the school. The event was graced by the presence of Shri Tikam Ji Garg and Vishnu Ji Bindal and Other dignitaries. Shri Vinod Agarwal praised the students for their special abilities and urged them to contribute to the nation’s economy. He also appreciated the efforts of his team for completing the project in a very short time. The new halls are a welcome addition to the school and will help in providing better learning opportunities to the students. The students are really excited to have the new halls and are looking forward to making use of them. The occasion was indeed a proud moment for the entire school, its students. We are certain that the new halls will help in improving the learning experience of the students and will contribute to the overall growth and development of the school.
Swami Vivekananda Suvichar Seshank Evam Parmarthik Nyas (SVSSEPN), an organization committed to social welfare and spiritual enlightenment, are in the process of building a well-equipped hostel facility for the benefit of the economically weaker sections of society. This hostel, made possible through a generous donation of land from Sri Vinod Agrawal, will provide residential facilities to students from various backgrounds who are studying in colleges or preparing for competitive examinations. The hostel will not only provide a comfortable place to stay for these students but will also include all the necessary amenities such as access to food, water, recreational activities and other services. The SVSSEPN is hopeful that this hostel facility will help contribute to the betterment of the society by providing a safe and nurturing environment for the students to pursue their educational and professional goals.
On the auspicious occasion of the 300th birth anniversary of Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar, a timeless symbol of wisdom, courage, compassionate governance, rich cultural heritage, and visionary business leadership, the Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agarwal Foundation pays heartfelt tribute to one of the greatest icons in Indian history. To commemorate this historic milestone, the Madhya Pradesh Cabinet, under the leadership of Hon. Chief Minister Shri Dr. Mohan Yadav, convened a landmark meeting at the historic Rajwada Palace, the heart of Indore’s cultural and architectural legacy. The Foundation feels truly honored and blessed to participate in this noble initiative. Under the guidance of former Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Tai Mahajan ji, a grand memorial is being envisioned — a living centre of learning, values, and inspiration for generations to come. As a humble contribution and as part of its commitment to cultural preservation, the Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agarwal Foundation is proud to pledge ₹5 crore as the first contribution toward the development of this historic project. The Foundation extends its sincere gratitude to Hon. CM Dr. Mohan Yadav ji for his steadfast support and assurance of state and central collaboration in bringing this magnificent legacy to life.
Sanstha Agrasen Sewa provides financial support to the needy and underprivileged section of society for the purchase of a house. The organization helps in the form of grants to those who cannot afford to buy a house on their own. This assistance is provided in the form of grants for the purchase of land, construction of house, and other related expenses. So far, more than 85 people have received such grants.
The renovated Ved Temple located within the Annapurna Temple complex, Indore, was inaugurated as a dedicated spiritual centre in the presence of Swami Vishveshwaranand Giri Maharaj and Hon’ble Mayor Shri Bhagav Ji, with MLA Shri Madhu Verma as the special guest. The restoration and renovation work was undertaken by Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agarwal Foundation. The newly developed space will serve as a hub for yoga, spiritual practices, and cultural activities, contributing to spiritual awareness and community well-being in the region.

On the occasion of the birthday of our MD Shri Vinod Agarwal, a true compassionate soul and dedicated to improving the well-being of our community, a plantation drive was organized under the CSR initiatives in which 1500 saplings were planted using the Miyawaki Technique of Plantation in order to create a dense forest at Mayakedi Panchayat. The Miyawaki Technique is a revolutionary process of planting trees in a much-condensed area to create a self-sustainable forest in the shortest time possible. Combined with the enthusiasm and hard work of our team, this endeavour will help to regenerate forests and significantly improve the green landscape of our area. This drive will also enable the community to benefit from such an endeavour and reap the rewards of a healthy, sustainable environment. Sustainability has never been more important than it is today. This initiative is a great step towards supporting local flora and fauna, increasing urban green spaces, and contributing to climate change mitigation.

Voice of Unity’ Mega Event hosted by HSSF, Indore Chapter, on this auspicious occasion more than 350 schools participated and patriotism song ‘Vande Matram’ was sang by more than 51000 students. Indore has made history by breaking two world records with over, 50,000 blankets were distributed and 25,000 people signed up to donate their eyes. The event was organized with the support of Balaji Sewarth Foundation and Lions Club. To acknowledge the noble efforts, Shri Vinod Agarwal was awarded with the “Bhama Shah Awards” for his lifetime achievement in service to humanity. This event was a great success and it brought together different organizations to make a difference in the society.
Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agarwal Foundation donated two Raths (Mini Van) to Shri Hari Satsang Samiti, which will be used to spread awareness about the rich cultural and religious heritage of India in every village across the country, Initially, raths will start its drive from Jammu and Kashmir, and one from Riwanchel zone. It will also be used to promote education and help to create a more self-reliant, healthy, and aware society. Shri Hari Satsang Samiti will utilize the donation to organize cultural and religious events to create a more cultured community. The donation will also help to ensure that people in the villages are able to access the same facilities and opportunities as those in the cities.
The Hindu Adhyatmik Seva Mela 2024, held at Lalbagh from November 28 to December 2, showcased India’s spiritual and cultural richness. With 182 stalls and 156 organizations, the event honored women achievers, spiritual leaders, and fostered unity through collective recitations and patriotic songs. Esteemed dignitaries and spiritual leaders graced the occasion, making it a platform for inspiration. The Balaji Sewarth Vinod Agarwal Foundation (BSVAF) stall stood out, engaging 490+ visitors with impactful displays of community-driven projects. The event bridged tradition and modernity, inspiring attendees to embrace spirituality and service. It was a powerful celebration of small actions leading to big transformations.
“Tera Vaibhav Amar Rahe Maa” was held on 2nd September, 2022, at Khel Prashal, Indore, by the Initiative for More and Cultural Training Foundation (IMCTF), with industrialist and philanthropist Shri Vinod Agarwal serving as Chairman. Apart from Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh and other attendees included Shri Tulsiram Silawat, Minister of water resources, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Shri Shankar Lalwani, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Shri Pushyamitra Bhargava, Mayor, Indore and Shri Gunwant Kothari, national convener of the IMCTF. All the dignitaries present on the stage inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. According to Mr. Agarwal, who gave the welcome speech, the presence of so many students and teachers marks the beginning of a new era. Every person should love, respect, and be happy to be an Indian because India has always been and always will be a golden bird The Prime Minister of our nation wants to boost GDP to between 12% and 15% by 2025, which will benefit all of us by creating jobs and business possibilities. There will be amazing opportunities, and our country is also on the verge to become one of the world’s most powerful nation. Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the Hon’ble Chief Minister, urged the youngsters to show respect for their parents, sisters, daughters, and teachers. The occasion saw the published by the IMCTF on “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” a book about 75 patriots and revolutionaries. 75 kids on stage Children from various schools offered cultural performances in the programme while costumed as patriots. The national anthem, Vande Mataram, was sang by much more than 10,000 students from 75 schools, along with all of the guests and officials present.
In the Dhwaja Yatra, 1200 members of the Agrawal community presented Lord Jagannath with a flag measuring 551 feet long. The Dhwaja Yatra, organized by the Agrawal community, began on 4th January from Indore. The Yatra was a symbol of unity and brotherhood among different communities and was aimed at promoting social harmony and peace.
Phag mahotsav organized to celebrate and showcase the rich culture of India and to generate patriotism in the people of Indore. It was attended by eminent dignitaries of the Agarwal Samaj and Indore, including Shri Vinod Ji Agarwal, Prem Ji Goyal, and others. The event was organized by the Agarwal Samaj Kendriye Samiti, Indore. The event had a variety of activities and performances to keep the audience engaged. There were cultural performances such as traditional dances, folk songs, and Bands performances. The event also featured talks and lectures on Indian culture, and traditions. The event was a great success, and it enabled the people of Indore to gain a better understanding of India’s culture and heritage. It also helped to build a sense of patriotism among the people of Indore.
